Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

After 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before the refund is posted
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello@gravitysavage.com, and send your item to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
